Three backpacks belonging to foreign citizens have been found in the Boaventura forest area.
The backpacks contained documents and unused airline tickets. On receiving the alert firefighters and the Forest Police were the first to arrive at the scene. The PSP took over the investigation and has said that they are not ruling out criminal activity.
